I have come to learn that to be an efficient manager, one must hire based on character and train skill. Give me some one with a great attitude and a willing to work hard, I can train them to do anything. I believe that to be a great manager you must be a great leader, I strive to be a great leader by knowing how to inspire and how to motivate, I inspire to be a great leader by leading by example.
