Merchandising is an integral part of any golf operation. The most important step in being a well established merchandiser is to provide un-measured customer service. It is important when providing to my customers that I select a wide variety of quality brands to attract to the specific needs of my customers. I consistantly rotate my merchandise to provide a new look and gain new interest in my products. Finally to become an established merchandiser, I provide a steady cash flow and this involves sales, raffles and multiple strategies to help move inventory into the hands of my buyers.
